How are bounce house/ water slide inflatables cleaned and disinfected?

We have a 3 step cleaning process. First we vacuum and wash away with soap and water all dirt & mud from our equipment. Our employees wear gloves and face masks during the cleaning time. Our next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for combatting Covid-19. The name of the disinfectant we use is Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with clean towels. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles.

Can I slide with my child down the slide?

No, only one person should slide down each slide at once. Children should slide separately from parents to prevent accidents from happening at the bottom of the inflatable.

How does the slide stay inflated?

An electric fan blower is used to inflate the slide. It must be turned on and attached to the slide the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used, or the slide will deflate.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a combo or water slide?

We usually recommend orders be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event in order to guarantee availability of your desired item. However, we have limited inventory on some items, and they are often booked several months in advance. Bottom line: if you really want a specific item, reserve it early as possible.

Can you provide attendants to supervise the slide?

Yes, we supply attendants that can monitor your rented items for the duration of your event. Attendants are often used to do things like serve concessions or refuel your rented generator.

Will I need power for my slide?

Yes, power is required for most of our rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

Can I cancel the reservation myself?

Yes, just log in to your account and click the gray cancel button. It will ask you if you are sure. After cancelling you will be automatically get store credit for the amount paid.

What time will you deliver?

After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.

How long can I keep my slide rental?

The base price for all of our dry and wet slide rentals is up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for rentals lasting more than 4 hours. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your pick-up time for the most cost-effective option.

Can I set up the the slide near my pool?

No. Safety is our number one priority. All moonwalks and water slides must be set up at least 10 feet away from any pool.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the outstanding service provided by Sky High Party Rentals. In the days leading up to our event, unexpected rain left the ground saturated, and our internal team mistakenly directed the Sky High delivery team to place the tent in an area with standing water. When management reviewed the site later that afternoon, we realized the tent needed to be moved to a drier part of the lawn. Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry (Houston-area) for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, sno cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! We have rented a huge waterslide and sno cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone.
